The dollar is still losing its luster as the foreign reserve currency of choice.

India has bought 200 tons of gold from the International Monetary Fund at $1,045 an ounce, which is close to a recent record high of $1,070. The entire transaction is worth almost $7 billion.

The move is seen as a way for India’s central bank to move some of its capital away from investments in the dollar.

The IMF may sell another 200 tons of gold in the relatively near future andmost experts expect that the buyer will be China, which has foreign currency reserves of $2 trillion and might like to have its own hedge against the value of the American buck.

India is being explicit in its concern about the long-term value of the dollar. One senior official of the central bank there told The Wall Street Journal, “It makes sense to buy gold as it will appreciate more than the U.S. dollar.”

The equity markets may stay volatile as the global economic recovery stays uncertain, giving central banks and investors another reason to move to gold as a “safe haven”.

The transition to the commodity may drive down the dollar’s value even further, which could help U.S. exporters, but that is bound to increase the concern that the dollar is no longer the most important exchange currency.

50 Cent believes in aliens and thinks the government deliberately conceals their existence from the public.

The 'Candy Shop' rapper is a massive fan of fantasy novels and is certain there are other life forms which are deliberately kept hidden from the public.

He said: 'I read a lot of science fiction because I just want to get away from what's going on at the time, I read fantasy books.

'Like things about different planets and other worlds. It's interesting how often they've made films with aliens in them and it has to come from somewhere.

'Why do I keep seeing the aliens landing on earth in films? I believe something is going on that they ain't telling us!'

The 34-year-old rapper has never made contact with aliens or UFOs himself,and is worried his fans will think he is crazy when they find out he is obsessed with extra-terrestrials.

He added to BANG Showbiz: 'I've never seen a UFO. I'm crazy enough to be putting what I've said outthere. People will be seeing this about UFOs and stuff and thinking '50getting high!' '

Now, as you may know that im all into the paranormal and conspiracies...mainly because of what ive experienced throughout the last year....I watched goverments around the world disclosing information about "UFOs"...from United Kingdom, Denmark, Brazil, and recently Russia to name just a few....

From other "rumors" ive heard about was the film industry has sources that work within the government..From Steven Spielberg and Ronald Reagan talking about the film "ET"...Reagan's remark's to Spielberg...""You know, there aren't six people in this room who know how true this really is."" To Walt Disney and his ties with the government...

I always speculated that we are in a "DISCLOSURE" process through the entertainment industry since WW2....But what I have found is just amazing...That further proves my theory.

Why would Universal Pictures try so hard to market "The Fourth Kind" from creating blogs and websites about ""Dr. Abigail Tyler""...and really no hard "evidence" if she even exists....But, does the government have the power to hide this "evidence"...for a later time in the future?

Now Is universal trying really hard to market just one film? Or is there something deeper than just entertainment?

These efforts should be recognised, encouraged and celebrated. 2012 marks the Queen's diamond jubilee, the London Olympics and Paralympics. events only possible thanks to volunteers. This would be the perfectyear to introduce a Community Day bank holiday.

A police officer contacted British UFO experts after seeing three aliens examining a freshly made crop circle near Avebury, Wiltshire.

The sergeant, who has not been named, was off-duty when he saw the figures standing in a field near Silbury Hill, and stopped his car to investigate.

However, as he approached the 'men' – all over 6ft tall with blond hair – he heard "the sound of static electricity" and the trio ran away ''faster than any man he had ever seen''.

The officer returned to his home in Marlborough, Wiltshire, and contacted paranormal experts and told them he had spotted a UFO.

Wiltshire Police has refused to comment on the incident, saying it is a ''personal matter'' for the officer involved.

Crop circle researcher Andrew Russell, who is investigating the bizarre sighting on behalf of the officer, described the moment his sighting was made.

He said: ''At first he thought they were forensic officers as they were dressed in white coveralls. He stopped his car and approached the field.

''The figures were all over 6ft and had blond hair. They seemed to be inspecting the crop. When he got to the edge of the field he heard what he believed to be a sound not dissimilar to static electricity.

''This crackling noise seemed to be running through the field and the crop was moving gently, close to where the noise was.

''He shouted to the figures who, at first, ignored him, not glancing at him. When he tried to enter the field they looked up and began running.

''He said; 'They ran faster than any man I have ever seen. I'm no slouch but they were moving so fast. I looked away for a second and when I looked back they were gone.

''I then got scared. The noise was still around but I got an uneasy feeling and headed for the car. For the rest of the day I had a pounding headache I couldn't shift.''

The bizarre incident occurred on the morning of July 6 this year as the police officer was driving.

The officer claims the three figures were examining a crop circle, which had appeared several days earlier, when he stopped his car and began walking towards them.

However, the mysterious beings disappeared when he ''looked away for a second'' and he contacted UFO experts after witnessing other paranormal activity.

A spokesman for Wiltshire Police said: ''The police officer was apparently off duty when this happened so we have no comment to make because it is a personal not a police matter.''

So what to do with something like this looming so closely?

The first thing is NOT to put out fear, or do any fear-mongering and this thread/post is NOT fear-mongering, as it is a FYI to warn you of the possibility of this event happening, so that you can be prepared to the best extent that you can be.

Secondly, if you feel better being a bit more prepared, then go ahead and stock up on food as much as you can. Try to stock up on food insuch a way that you won't have to go shopping for an entire week after Oct 27 -- just in case. Stock up on water as well. Stock up on whatever makes you feel better and a bit more prepared. Just in case! It's better to be prepared than to be caught flat-footed. If you canafford it, stockup in excess of what you need, so that you can share with others who may need some food. Prepare for the worst, visualize the best is the motto here.

Thirdly, if there is a banking holiday of about a week or so, the entire system is NOT going to shut down, but there certainly may likelybe some supply-chain interruptions, hence the value of being prepared just in case.The power grid will be fine; the TV broadcast system will be fine;the phone system will be fine; schools may still operate and most stores may still function, though some may have some supplies interrupted, as well food stocks on hand stripped down a bit, but not totally; most jobs may still function.

Fourthly, this event, happening at the end of a month and going into the first part of the next month, could put some strain on the finances of many,so, if you can, save up some cash to carry you through that week or so-- physical cash, not cash in the banks.

Fifthly, be sure to have a full tank of gas in your vehicles, if you have any vehicles and, if you can safelystore gas, having a couple of 5-gallon gas cans that don't leak could be handy for not just you, but others as well; however, gas should be still available for at least several days into the one-week-or-so banking holiday. Store them in a cool spot outside and not in any enclosed structure.

Keep in mind that this possible banking holiday, if it happens, wouldbe a very good thing, eventually, as it would likely mean the death of the Federal Reserve and the birth of a new banking system; hopefully, the new system would be one that would be transparent and accountable.We'll see.

Lets get crazy shall we?

physical experiences: Goes from an ecstatic feeling...Surging from my head to toe...."like a wave"....then the feeling/energy.....gets centered on the heart (heart chakra)...heart accelerates to 4-6 beats a second for a period of 3-5mins.

precognitive dreams: Real simple...visitors(family/friends) come over...wake up, they come in the same order as dream....

dreams of teachings: People around me teaching me to (dematerialize into a green blueish orb) it was so tight and airless....couldn't breath...from not breathing...I wake up...

other dreams: from (native american rituals) to (teleportation), (lightbeings {imagine a bright blue light in a humanoid form})~Ive had over 50-100 types of dreams like above from the past year, and only increasing....

I was recently reading about close encounters and discovered I meet the (requirements)..LOL

Yes sometimes, I think that I must be just going crazy. But its these types of experiences that makes me more open to things that most people seem to think its crazy.....
